I. Brief Introduction:
Chemical Name: Dibenzoyl Peroxide
Alias: Benzoyl Peroxide
English Abbreviation: B.P.O.

II. Property:
This product is white crystal with a bit smell. It can decomposed at 103 ?106?, slightly dissolved
in water, a bit dissolved in alcohol, and dissolved in ether, acetone, chloroform and benzene. This
product is Class 1 organic oxidant, and can explode itself if heated, shocked or rubbed. Its
oxidation has bleaching and sterilizing function.

III. Usage and Functional Principle:
1. The initiator of macromolecular monomer such as foamable polystyrene;
2. Used as curing agent of unsaturated resin;
3. Used as vulcanized agent for dimethyl silicon rubber and fluorine rubber;
4. Use for fat refining, flour bleaching and fiber decoloring;
5. Used as materials of external use medicine to treat skin diseases;
6. Used in chemical analysis.

IV. Storage and Transportation:
This product should take special vehicle to transport, and prevent to stand upside down, collision
and friction. It should be far from fire and heat resource as well as acid, and should be sealed to
store in cool and dark place with good ventilation.

V. Warranty Period:
Under the storage conditions, its warranty period is one year. It can be still used if qualified after
examination beyond the warranty period.

VI. Package:
This product is packed in plastic bag which is in accordance with the requirement of edible health.
The outer package is 20 kg per paper drum and 4 plastic bags are in it with 5 kg each
